Sri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering and Technology (SRMS) Bareilly, was founded in 1996 and it is managed and run by SRMS Trust. It provides quality education and offers comprehensive facilities for achieving the highest standards of academic excellence for students and faculty. The college is also selected for TEQIP of National Project Implementation Unit of Govt. of India to be financed by the World Bank. The College aims to prepare the students in meeting the challenges of the growing and changing needs of industry through delivering high quality technical education blended with research and training appropriate for life-long learning needs and aspirations of the students in the global setting.

The SRMS Trust provides Scholarship of Rs. One Crore per year to the meritorious students. -
The college provides a Computer center with adequate facilities for all users in the college. -
The college provides a central library. The Library stocks over 23254 Books; 89 Journals and Periodicals (both national and international), 10 backfills of care periodicals, 108 file/video cassettes, audio cassettes and 10 national newspapers. The College is a member of IEEE/IEE Electronic Library - industry’s most powerful engineering reference resource. -
The college provides separate hostels for both boys & girls. The boys hostels are named Sri Laxmi Bhushan Varsenay (LBV) Hostel (Capacity 550 students) and Er. S. M. Hostel (Capacity 285 students). -
The college provides facilities to students to pursue a wide range of sporting activities on the campus. Outdoor facilities include athletics (6 Lane 400 Meters Track and field with all accessories), hockey, football and cricket fields. Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis and Badminton courts are available along with an indoor recreation hall for table tennis, chess, carom, etc. -
The college provides a Canteen facility. SRMS trust maintains a 12 rooms air-cooled/air-conditioned guesthouse with three star boarding and lodging facility.
